Hugo Ashmore
Hugo Ashmore is a veteran front-end developer having a particular focus on Standards and CSS, latterly specialising in developing client sites using WordPress. A long term contributor to the BuddyPress project, providing patches through the years and recently responsible for managing and committing the Companion styles tasks for BuddyPress 2.3.
Hugo can be found slacking on the WordPress #buddypress channel and on Twitter as @hnla. nettropia.co.uk is his home on the web.
Paul Gibbs
BuddyPress Lead Developer. WordPress Engineer at Human Made.
Brought up on a diet of digestive biscuits, crumpets, and tea, Paul likes spending his spare time building WordPress plugins, including BuddyPress (on which he is a lead developer). Away from the screen, he enjoys reading, photography, and loves travel.

Sven Lehnert
Sven Lehnert is the CEO of ThemeKraft and BuddyForms, and likes building stuff around WordPress, BuddyPress and WooCommerce.
Sven started in 2007 with the idea to create a local community for subculture. At this time, BuddyPress popped up and inspired him. Step by step, he saw himself developing themes and plugins. Things continued and he decided to concentrate 100% on developing themes and plugins with a deep focus on BuddyPress.
Tammie Lister
Tammie Lister is a theme wrangler at Automattic. She’s lucky enough to spend her days in the world of themes. This means, she gets to not only work on WordPress.com with themes, but also as part of the theme review team for WordPress.org. Before Automattic she focused on creating BuddyPress themes and wrote a book on BuddyPress theme development. Call for Speakers
BuddyCamp Brighton is looking for speakers to educate, inspire, and engage the BuddyPress community. We’re looking for people who are excited about BuddyPress and who would like to teach new things to our community.
Maybe you are a member or owner of a BuddyPress site. Perhaps you manage or run a site, or have built BuddyPress sites for clients. You could be a BuddyPress plugin or theme developer, even a contributor to the project. Whoever you are and whatever your relationship is to BuddyPress, you will have a great story to tell others. If that’s you, then we would love to have you speak at BuddyCamp Brighton.
